Keep turning in your season!

Written by

In the poem “turning,” Lucille Clifton shared about how she was turning into her own season at last. Imagine being like a black fruit on a stem, your way, your goals, your vision, your life. ⁣

The poem was written as if she was letting go of things that held her back and down for so long, like the ways of society or the ways of womanhood, but in due time, she would turn and this is what coming to your own season feels like. ⁣

I pray you find the time to turn into your own season with this life you live. ⁣
