Writing with Juliet Iwelunmor

I am learning that true, you can blame others for pushing you down, but you have yourself to blame for refusing to get up. September often had me revisiting where I was just 2 years ago. The skies were bleak and I have blamed others including myself for how things ended in the end. I’m also learning that closing chapters will never get easy, not when some moments force you to look again at the closed chapter as you wonder how did it close and who’s to blame. I’m also learning that not everything you know should be said. Somethings are simply left unsaid but if you must speak, know that your words will be used against you so still stay quiet and focus on the dreams closed chapters bring.
