They say when you praise a farmer, his/her cutlass becomes sharper. So to your staff. When you celebrate them and acknowledge them for all they do, they will do well. Today, my staff went above and beyond to answer yet another timely request needed to get our funds for our research. The outcomes are unknown but I am grateful for the few who stepped forward and made today great. You all are the true MVP, the ones who help us stand tall no matter the odds and without you all, there is no light. So thank you.
