We are thinking about resilience, thinking about what remains and what ends, thinking too about who stands and who gets to thrive, not just trees or flowers or the things we plant with our bare hands, but us, our children, our most vital source of all the ways we bloom, long after we are gone. Bloom is a story about all the ways we defy the odds and survive, a story about resilience every child, and the adults around them need to remember always, especially following this tornado that passed.
