I always like things full of light.
Best when those around you are light.
From an angel’s being,
to a hopeful being,
another angel’s soul to a future goal,
from the one once called a rock,
to the leaders, two, who let people lead beside them,
to all of that add those who communicate exceedingly well,
those who know the earth is full of stars,
those who bring light to print,
those who know our worth
then add joy, add hurdles, add strife, add pain, still add resilience, then add restoration, all helps to explain why this our light matters, it does.
And if we reach any mountains along the way, I am glad that the light, in all of us, will climb and climb until we reach the top.
They say it’s not necessary for all fingers to look alike, but it’s necessary for them to work together. The same goes for your team. To say 2024 has been a trying year would be to trivialize what that word means. We were taken ambush by this year. Tossed up and down from left to right and still as we close, we stand. I am grateful for all those that crossed our paths this year, those that brought their infectious, joyful spirit and those that took their sorrowful, pitiful ones with them. Like I said, it has been a year and we are so thankful that we stand. As we closed out our last virtual meeting for the year, I couldn’t help but be grateful to the team that remains. You all are the real MVP, the ones that make all this worth it. You make my life easy, happy, joyful, thankful. That we are named light and we do things full of light is because you all are light. So me for my part, I am determined to make our light shine a bit brighter in 2025. We still have so much work to do. So much places to light up and so many people to help to ensure that their own light shines a little brighter. Thank you for 2024. Here is to a whole more light in 2025.
