Imagine if you sat in a room full of young people, what would you say, how would you begin. I sat in a room full of young people yesterday and saw myself in their eyes. Their minds were open and ready to learn. I began with these words from my mother “Enter to learn, depart to serve.” I said for the first time out loud, last year, 8-31-2023, I was fired from a job. The next day 9-1-2023, I was hired at a new job all because I had a PLAN or people who surrounded me like olives on a branch, learning anything skillful like how to write grants, adapting, changing for it leads always to growth, and nurturing what matters most, my family, young people like them, home, my roots. In all what’s your PLAN. Then they spoke. Some want a better tomorrow. Others want to lead, yet others want uncountable finances. They were all different but had a Plan. I said keep it always, for you are who you are, and with the core people, with learning, adapting, and nurturing of your values, everything good will come, like their name.
