The invisibility of those free are odd and beautiful. They bear the same relation to dreams, pointing the way up. Only few wake up to the hidden potentials of dreams. Only those free. The power of making. The power of affecting reality is powerful to those who dream. Those who shape the future with their dreams. They have farseeing eyes, live in fragments more fascinating than anything whole. Try as you may, the world of dreamers is truly indirect, for indirect things fascinate. Dreamers tell untold stories, those that wander off on their own, through roads untaken. Their dreams stimulate reality. Their dreams are the purest forms of freedom. They are never more naked than in their dreams. Never more free than with their dreams. Hate it, dream your own. But know this, their most potent dreams are not the public ones you see or read. The ones in their psyches, those in their deeper selves, those they tell themselves at night when they sleep are the ones to be feared. Those dreams have the power to alter reality. Have the power to build nations. I’m in a space where dreaming is all I know these days, the ones unknown and unfolding and coming to reality are like air, totally free. Keep the freedom of dreams!

The following were inspired by Ben Okri and his very fascinating take on dreams. To him, dreams are the highest potential of life and we are never more free than in our dreams. I have been dreaming up realities for too long. The ones known are great, but the ones unknown, all the dreams that I still keep to myself are to be feared. When it time, they will amaze. This freedom with dreaming as I do is mine and will never ever as in ever be taken from me. I have to power to dream again always, to shape reality with my dreams, something I don’t need any permission from anyone to do and that power is the beginning of freedom that many wish they have. If you are not free, you are not dreaming and when your freedom is tied to someone else’s dream… Remember the wise words of Ben Okri and Audre Lorde too. Dreams are the best gifts I have given to myself and the fact that I can always begin again with my dreams again is like air. I am living my highest potential with life and it’s all because I get to dream and dream, my way in freedom.
