Keep what matters!

These days I am learning much from how children work together. My kids are finally in the chore phase of our lives where everyone has something to do each day. Today’s dishes belonged to my son and he would rather we go downstairs to watch movies. The other kids just picked up and began their own chores oblivious to him until he got up and began his own. From them, I learnt the power of being centered to what matters in the end. Just like the premise of each keep. We do so to foster a sense of life at its most profound depth. We write to press into each day, to open up, extend up, widen, embrace all the pitch and tone, rhythm and beat each day offers to those ready to feel its pulse. It’s the reason why I always say to keep what matters and happy born day to the one we call, Praise God!
