Grace
A million notes of thanks lingered in a room this evening. Pumpkin pies, delightful communion, over chicken and greens. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the gift of gathering, for these moments of pampering, for the chance to remember what it means to connect with each other. They are like the moment when the sun greets its trees.

I gathered with like minds this evening to do more than work. Sometimes we work so hard that we forget what it means to connect, to simply sit, and listen, to each other, to the sounds of food, and community. It feels good to unlearn and relearn what it means to gather again, not for work only, but for our shared humanity.
